Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when token purchases on ReadMyLuck are eligible for a refund. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.

No Refunds
All token purchases are final and non-refundable. As tokens constitute a digital consumable good, Indonesian Consumer Protection Law provides that digital goods are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once delivered. Tokens are considered delivered upon crediting to your account.
Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of demonstrable technical error on our part. Contact us at the address below within 7 days of the transaction.
Failed Readings
If a reading fails to generate, the tokens for that reading are returned to your balance automatically — you are never charged for a reading you did not receive. No manual refund request is required in this case.
Payment Processing & Duplicate Charges
Payments are processed through a licensed Indonesian payment gateway via bank Virtual Account transfer and QRIS. We do not store or have access to your bank account or payment credentials.
If you are charged but tokens are not credited to your account, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Once verified, we will credit the missing tokens or refund the duplicate amount to the original payment method.
Account Termination
Unused tokens are forfeited upon account deletion and are not refundable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms without notice or refund.
How to Request a Refund
For eligible cases (a demonstrable technical error on our part, a duplicate charge, or a payment that was deducted but not credited), contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your order reference and the email address on your account:
