1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReadMyLuck platform, available at readmyluck.com ("Service"), operated by ReadMyLuck ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

ReadMyLuck provides AI-generated metaphysical readings based on birth data entered by the user. The systems available include BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), Chinese Astrology (Shengxiao), Pythagorean Numerology, Human Design, and Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology).

Readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All readings produced by ReadMyLuck are generated by AI language models trained on metaphysical literature. They are not produced by human practitioners, astrologers, numerologists, or certified Human Design analysts.

ReadMyLuck readings are not a substitute for:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Professional psychological or psychiatric counselling
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Any other form of licensed professional guidance

Metaphysical systems work with pattern and probability, not certainty. No reading predicts the future with accuracy. We strongly encourage users to approach readings as a tool for reflection, not as definitive guidance for major life decisions.

AI systems can produce inaccurate or inconsistent outputs. We make no warranty that the information in any reading is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

4. User Accounts

Registration

To generate readings, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 17 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. We are not responsible for incorrect readings resulting from inaccurate birth data entered by the user.

Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account before notification.

5. Tokens and Payments

Token System

Access to readings requires tokens. Each reading generation costs 2 tokens. New accounts receive 4 free tokens upon registration, equivalent to 2 free readings.

Token Packages

Additional tokens may be purchased through our payment partner, Midtrans. Available packages and pricing are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

No Expiry

Purchased tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.

No Refunds

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. As tokens constitute a digital consumable good, Indonesian Consumer Protection Law provides that digital goods are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once delivered. Tokens are considered delivered upon crediting to your account.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of demonstrable technical error on our part. Contact us at the address below within 7 days of the transaction.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Midtrans, a licensed Indonesian payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your card details or payment credentials. By making a payment, you also agree to Midtrans' terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indonesian law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy AI outputs for commercial redistribution without our written permission
• Share account credentials or transfer tokens to other users
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate readings
• Attempt to circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or authentication mechanism
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The ReadMyLuck platform, its design, code, and all content produced by our systems are the intellectual property of ReadMyLuck. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

AI-generated readings delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may save or print your reading for personal reference but may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit the content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReadMyLuck and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made or actions taken based on a reading generated by the Service
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or error in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings section of the app. Upon deletion, your personal data and readings will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused tokens are forfeited upon account deletion and are not refundable.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, without obligation to refund remaining tokens.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
